Bariatric Medicine
From Clinical Rigor
to Holistic Wholeness
Many practitioners remain devoted to the discipline in which they were trained. Dr. Sadiqa Babar's journey, however, has been one of continuous seeking. Trained in Allopathy, she never allowed formal education to define the limits of her understanding — it became the foundation upon which a lifelong pursuit of healing was built.
Her primary specialty is Bariatric (Obesity) Medicine, practiced since 2009. She seeks to understand the deeper imbalances — metabolic, emotional, behavioural, and often spiritual — that underlie obesity, allowing healing to arise from the root rather than being imposed upon the body.
She is both a medical doctor and a homeopath, using her allopathic training to diagnose with precision and her homeopathic insight to treat gently, without suppression. She also draws upon Tibb-e-Ahle-Bait to guide patients in preventive healthcare grounded in prophetic wisdom.

Deep Listening
as Medicine
Central to Dr. Sadiqa Babar's practice is counselling and deep listening. When required, she spends time helping patients reflect on their inner lives — on stress, grief, anger, fear, and unresolved emotional states that may be expressing themselves through the body.
Through years of clinical observation, she has arrived at a profound conclusion: the human being cannot be fragmented. Healing begins when we are truly heard, and when the patient is guided to listen — to their body, their thoughts, and their spirit.

The Living
Verses
In 2015, Dr. Sadiqa Babar began The Living Verses — a website and YouTube channel started as a private effort to better understand the Qur'an. What began inwardly was later made public, with the intention of reflection, learning, and sharing.
Through The Living Verses, she explores Qur'anic themes as living guidance — relevant to thought, emotion, health, and the human condition.
