— 01 / About

A Lifelong
Pursuit of
Healing

She never allowed formal education to define the limits of her understanding.

Many practitioners remain devoted to the discipline in which they were trained. Dr. Sadiqa's journey has been one of continuous seeking. Trained in Allopathy, her education became the foundation upon which a lifelong pursuit of healing—rooted in knowledge, reflection, and faith—was built.

Her primary specialty is Bariatric (Obesity) Medicine, practiced since 2009. She seeks to understand the deeper imbalances—metabolic, emotional, behavioural, and spiritual—that underlie obesity, allowing healing to arise from the root rather than being imposed upon the body.

01
Bariatric & Obesity Medicine
Evidence-based weight management through modern medications, dietary and lifestyle guidance. Treating metabolic, emotional, behavioural, and spiritual roots of obesity — healing from within since 2009.
02
Homeopathy
Allopathic precision in diagnosis, homeopathic insight in treatment — gently, without suppression, addressing the illness at its root and the whole person in their entirety.
03
Islamic Medicine & Tibb-e-Ahle-Bait
Preventive healthcare and natural treatment grounded in prophetic wisdom — guiding patients toward balance through the ancient science of Tibb and Unani tradition.
04
Ozone Therapy & Hijama
Palliative relief for joint disorders through ozone therapy and supportive injections. Hijama (cupping therapy) — a time-honoured Sunnah used for prevention and localised treatment where indicated.
05
Counselling & Deep Listening
Helping patients reflect on stress, grief, anger, fear, and unresolved inner states. Because the body, mind, and spirit are inseparable — and illness often begins where inner discord exists.
"The body, mind, emotions, and thoughts are inseparable, and illness often emerges where inner discord exists."

The Living
Verses

In 2015, Dr. Sadiqa began The Living Verses — a website and YouTube channel managed by her as a personal initiative. What began as a private effort to understand the Qur'an was later made public, with the intention of reflection, learning, and sharing.

Through The Living Verses, she explores Qur'anic themes as living guidance — relevant to thought, emotion, health, and the human condition.

Disease —
A Manifestation
of Thought

Jamia Millia Islamia · New Delhi · January 2026

Invited as a scholar to the International Qur'an and Science Conference, Dr. Sadiqa presented a contemplative and original framework to understand why disease manifests in some individuals and not in others — through the lens of consciousness, belief, and inner states.

International Qur'an & Science Conference

Illuminated by Qur'anic wisdom, the paper explores how thought and inner condition shape the body's susceptibility to illness — a framework that bridges the seen and unseen dimensions of human health, rooted in reflection and spiritual intelligence.
